完美主義者, 容易愛上吹毛求疵, 對人及對自己都非常要求高, 壓力自然而生。醫生說這類A型人士, 患上精神病或情緒病亦相當高, 患上心血管病也多是這類的人, 因為他們不放過自己,也不放過別人。

我自己也是這樣的人, 對遇到的事情, 自己都會很認真的處理, 對別人的輕率容易感到不滿, 每件事最厲害就是賽後檢討, 結果是自己不開心, 別人也感受到壓力。丈夫很明白我, 經常在我訴說不滿時, 引導我從好的方向看, 從別人的苦情作出憐憫, 從過程去欣賞結果, 是的, 常在自己的死胡同裡走, 自己就一世的困在死胡同之中, 世上更美好的事物, 自己卻只是閉眼不看, 卻說道世情黑暗。

身處自己這種性情, 開始感到憂悶, 因為自己不容易有空間容納喜樂, 也勞煩了配偶時刻傾心聆聽, 循循善誘。決心要扔掉這性格, 並非易事, 唯有一方面求主憐憫, 一方面自己控制自己的思維習慣。

現在積極練習的是:培養感恩的習慣, 這是一個很好的開始。經常思想成功的部份, 加強自己對人的欣賞能力;  凡事不要堅持永遠都要做對所有事情, 減輕來自錯不得的壓力;  當然更重要的是, 要求自己經常回歸到<愛>的世界, 學習包容及寬恕, 用心的愛自己,又愛別人。相信, 我會一天比一天好的, 因為我已經開始行動。共勉。

i still got one essay to be done by tmr

and sometimes i found myself too ambitious
no one can maximize all their wants with time constraints erm, and money

i cant stop practicing guitar when i'm home even tho an essay is waiting for me.
and my point is, enjoy the moment n' maximize happinesss haha

routine.

我喜歡黃昏時段回家 不能太早 也不能太晚

二年級下學期 每逄星期二 四時便下課
因為連堂的關系 午餐或許只能咬一口Starbucks.
所以 下課後 我總喜歡走到水街的綠易吃碟六元炒米粉醫醫肚 又不會吃得過飽

看看錶 四時半 miss了搭五的A12
轉坐叮叮再轉地鐵 很好 (開始討厭坐巴士 暈車浪+塞車=難耐)
喜歡放班前的地鐵車廂 不擠擁 很舒服

看看錶 五時正 太好了 還有很多時間 (我總是這樣想)
周圍逛逛 到商務看看旅遊書也好 到超市逛逛也好

看看錶 六時正 回到家
打開收音機 聽好回家 剛剛好
一邊收拾房間雜物 最近好享受掉東西的快感 PERFECT. 又少了一件垃圾
看看雜誌 見到想keep的 剪下來 放入小袋子先

看看錶 七時正 要開始做野
一打開電腦 東click 西click...

看看錶 八時正 呀母回家了 跟呀母玩下先
吃飯了 陪呀母看2台韓劇 劇情好老土 邊看邊鬧 但偏會看

看看錶 九時了 因為自責而回到電腦前.

看看錶 十時 老豆回家了 跟老豆玩下先

看看錶 十一時 哇 先沖涼後做野

再看看錶 已經二時了.

上星期在學校圖書館發現了這齣戲, 愛情小品, 正合我心意
故事在一晚之內完成, 平淡的劇情, 雖不能給觀眾帶來excitement,但感覺很fresh,不通俗
喜歡女主角norah的輪廓,especially when she smiles

ps.數數手指原來好耐冇試過星期六悠悠閒閒地係家中睇戲
physically唔係得閒, 但spirtually心境比較平靜
